§ 54-268. Same—Release of vehicle.

Before the owner or person entitled to possession of any vehicle so impounded or removed shall be permitted to remove the same from impound, he shall furnish satisfactory evidence of his identity and ownership of such vehicle and the right of possession thereto, shall sign a receipt for the vehicle, and, in addition to the penalty provided for the parking violation, shall pay the reasonable costs of removal and storage.
