§ 54-29. Failure to answer charges set forth in notice attached to vehicle.

Any registered owner of a motor vehicle who willfully neglects to answer to the charges set forth in a notice affixed to such motor vehicle by a police officer shall be deemed guilty of the charge for which the notice was originally issued.
