§ 34-231. Authority of false alarm hearing board.

The false alarm hearing board is hereby authorized to recommend to the village board the following orders or sanctions:
(1)

Deny the revocation request of the alarm coordinator;

(2)

Enter an order revoking the alarm user registration; or

(3)

Place the registrant on a period of probation for a designated period of time deemed appropriate.
