§ 8-52. Hours of operation.

The premises wherein is conducted the business so licensed may be open to patrons each day after 11:00 a.m.; with the exception of Sunday, and upon Sunday such premises may be open to patrons after 12:00 noon. Sunday through Thursday the premises shall be closed promptly at 1:00 a.m., Friday the premises shall close at or prior to 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning; and Saturday the premises shall close at or prior to 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
