§ 8-44. Location restrictions.

No license shall be issued for a poolroom unless the applicant obtains the written consent of a majority of the residents of the occupied property and the owners of the vacant property within a radius of 300 feet from the property to be used as such poolrooms. Such consent shall be filed in the office of the chief building inspector.
