§ 6-97. Class 7A license.

  • (a)

    A Class 7A license authorizes the retail sale of all alcoholic liquor to be consumed on the premises of not-for-profit corporations incorporated under the charters of the state that provide for the cultural, educational, and/or recreational enrichment of the public, provided that primary function of the not-for-profit corporation is not related to the serving of food or beverages and that no greater than 50 percent of the net income of the corporation is derived from the sale of alcoholic beverages. Further provided that the sale of such alcoholic liquors shall be at designated separately licensed sites upon the premises and that the alcoholic liquors shall be consumed on the licensed site only.

    (b)

    For holders of Class 7A licenses, the hours during which no liquor shall be sold shall be every day between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., except Sunday which shall be between 2:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
