§ 6-94. Class 5 license.

  • (a)

    A Class 5 license authorizes the primary sales of alcoholic beverages, the retail sale of wines, beers and malt beverages to be consumed on the premises and incidental thereto the sale of wines, beers, and malt beverages in the original package to be consumed off-premises.

    (b)

    For holders of Class 5 licenses, the hours during which no liquor shall be sold shall be every day between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., except Sunday which shall be between 2:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
