§ 6-60. Transfer to other premises.

  • After a license has been granted for a particular premises, the local liquor control commissioner, upon proper showing and after a hearing, may endorse upon said licensee permission to abandon the premises therein described and removed therefore to other premises approved by said commissioner. However, such a transfer shall be approved only after the filing of a request for transfer in writing and a statement under oath that the premises to which the transfer is sought comply in all respects with the requirements imposed by law. A nonrefundable application fee in the amount provided in the village fee schedule shall be charged to licensee for application to the transfer to other premises.
