§ 6-57. Duty of display.

  • (a)

    It shall be the responsibility of the licensee to ensure his licenses shall be framed and hung in a conspicuous place in the licensed premises.

    (b)

    In addition, every licensee shall display at all times, in a prominent place, a printed card which shall be issued by the village clerk and which states:

    WARNING TO MINORS:
    You are subject to a fine up to $500.00 and up to six months imprisonment in the county jail under state law if you purchase alcoholic liquor or misrepresent your age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor.
