§ 56-154. Notice to village board and board action.

Following publication of the emergency restrictions, the village manager shall advise the village board of the restrictions implemented and the reason for their implementation. The village board, at the earliest opportunity thereafter, shall enact such ordinances deemed necessary to conserve the village's supply of water, at which time the emergency restrictions shall be deemed to have expired.
