§ 56-129. Deductions or rebates not allowed for leakage.

No deductions shall be made nor rebates allowed to any consumer of water on charges accrued as a result of any leakage in any water pipe, tank or other apparatus or device. The amount of water registered by any meter measuring water supply to any building, structure or premises shall be charged and paid for in full, regardless of whether such water was lost by leakage, accident or otherwise.
