§ 56-66. Sprinkler system connections; maintenance fee.

The owner or user of any property utilizing utility lines shall be responsible for maintaining the fire line connections and sprinkler system, and shall avoid the use of said connection except for fire protection purposes. A monthly fee in the amount provided in the village fee schedule shall be paid by the consumer for each sprinkler connection made to the public water system.
