§ 54-1203. State license plate to be firmly attached and lighted.

The state license number plate at the back of a motor vehicle shall be firmly attached to the vehicle so that it will not swing loosely, and shall be so lighted that the numbers on such plate shall be plainly legible and intelligible at a distance of 50 feet.
