§ 54-1165. Brakes and warning devices.

It shall be unlawful for any person in charge or control of any vehicle to use such vehicle on the streets, alleys, or public places of the village unless such vehicle is provided with good and sufficient brakes and with a suitable bell, horn or other sounding device. All such equipment shall be in conformity with the requirements of state law.
