§ 54-1080. Parking regulations.

No person shall park a bicycle upon a roadway. Bicycles parked in an alley, in a public driveway, on a sidewalk, or on a public path must be in such a position as not to interfere with the safety or movement of the vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
