§ 54-1070. Riders subject to traffic regulations.

Every person riding a bicycle upon a roadway shall be subject to the provisions of this article and other traffic regulations of the village applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except as otherwise provided in this article and except those provisions that, by their nature, can have no application.
