§ 54-1068. Penalties.

Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this article shall be punished as provided in section 1-12 of this Code or by suspension or revocation of his bicycle license, or by the impounding of his bicycle for a period not exceeding 30 days, or by any combination of the penalties herein prescribed.
