§ 54-614. Turning restrictions generally.

  • The director of public works and services shall place proper official signs, as directed by the board of trustees, at intersections or other places at which drivers of vehicles shall not make a right, left or U-turn. He shall also place official markers, buttons or signs, as directed by the board of trustees, within or adjacent to intersections indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning at such intersections, and such course to be traveled as so indicated may conform to or be other than so prescribed by law or ordinance. Whenever such authorized signs are erected, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the directions of any such sign.
