Article IX. STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING |
Division 1. GENERALLY |
§ 54-646. Prohibited for certain purposes.
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park any vehicle upon any street in the village for:
(1)
The principal purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale;
(2)
The purpose of washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency; or
(3)
The primary purpose of advertising.
