§ 54-172. Existing regulations not abrogated.

The provisions of this subdivision shall be in addition to and shall not replace or otherwise abrogate any existing state or federal law or village ordinance that relates to the seizure or impoundment of motor vehicles, including a seizure pursuant to 720 ILCS 5/36-1.
