§ 54-146. Immobilization fee; towing and storage charges.

The fee for the immobilization of a motor vehicle shall be $500.00. In addition thereto, the registered owner of the motor vehicle shall be responsible for all costs associated with towing subsequent to immobilization as well as any and all storage fees incurred. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary no fee shall be assessed for immobilization, towing, or storage when such action has been determined to be erroneous.
