§ 54-103. Operation of an administrative adjudication system.

The provisions of this division shall also permit the village to adopt those procedures pursuant to a person's failure to satisfy any fine or penalty imposed by this chapter or by a final judgment from a court of law for ten or more parking violations or compliance violations and for five or more automated traffic law violations. Furthermore, notwithstanding any provision of this chapter, the village may continue to prosecute in any court of competent jurisdiction any person receiving vehicular parking violations, compliance violations and automated traffic law violations.
