§ 4-49. Sexually oriented business license required.

(a)

No person shall operate a sexually oriented business without a valid sexually oriented business license issued by the village pursuant to this division.

(b)

No person shall, in connection with operating a sexually oriented business, retain the services of a person as an employee who is not licensed as a sexually oriented business employee by the village pursuant to this division.
