§ 48-19. Plats to conform to official plan.

No map or plat of any subdivision affecting land within the corporate limits of the village and contiguous territory outside of and distant not more than 1.5 miles from such limits, and not included in any city, village or incorporated town, and presented for record after the adoption of the official plan provided for in chapter 40 of this Code shall be entitled to record or shall be valid unless the subdivision thereon shown provides for streets, alleys and public grounds in conformity with any requirements applicable thereto on such official plan.
