§ 46-228. Names of streets.

Street names are and shall be as they exist at the time of the adoption of this Code; provided, however, that the president and board of trustees may, by ordinance, change the name of any existing street or may, by ordinance, designate the name of any new street provided for in any plat approved by ordinance.
