§ 44-226. Denial of issuance and revocation.

  • The village board reserves the right to deny a license application. In addition, an issued license shall be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to:

    (1)

    Failure to pay the annual license fee, or any applicable individual fee.

    (2)

    Failure to comply with any condition or term of this chapter or other applicable codes and ordinances of the village.

    (3)

    Failure to comply with any applicable county, state or federal regulations regarding the operation of the types of services intended to be governed by this chapter.

    (4)

    Unsatisfactory performance resulting in danger to public health, safety and general welfare.

    (5)

    The misrepresentation of any material fact by the applicant or any person providing information on behalf of the applicant.
