§ 44-140. Scavenger's license required.

All persons, companies, corporations, or entities providing any roll-off container or other container for the collection and storage of construction and demolition debris in the village shall obtain a scavenger's license from the village prior to delivering any roll-off container or other container for the collection and storage of construction and demolition debris to a location within the village. All persons, companies, corporations, or entities providing any roll-off container or other container for the collection and storage of construction and demolition debris in the village shall renew its scavenger's license each year to continue to deliver roll-off containers or other containers for the collection and storage of construction and demolition debris to locations within the village.
