§ 36-439. Confiscation of weapons.

  • Any deadly weapon or firearm duly adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to have been worn or carried by any person in violation of any provision of this article, shall be forfeited to the village and shall be so adjudged as part of the judgment and penalty for any violation wherein a deadly weapon or firearm shall have been discovered and taken.
