§ 36-126. Loitering in public places.

  • No person shall obstruct or encumber any street corner, railroad depot or platform or other public place in the village by lounging or loafing in or about the same after being requested to move on by any police officer. Any person violating this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25.00 or more than $750.00.
