§ 34-2. Bail processing fee.

An administrative bail processing fee in the amount provided in the village fee schedule shall be assessed against any person arrested and charged with a violation of any bailable village ordinance or state or federal law. The bail processing fee shall be collected when the arrestee posts bail or bond. All bail processing fees collected shall be paid over to the village's general corporate fund.
