§ 2-107. Passage of ordinances and resolutions generally.

  • At any regular meeting, any ordinance or resolution directing the payment of money may be passed by the board and, in the passage of ordinances, it shall not be necessary to read the ordinances more than once before the same are passed, unless they are ordered to be read further by a majority vote of the members of the board.
