§ 2-76. Bond.

The president shall furnish a bond for the faithful performance of his duties as such president in the penal sum of $1,000.00, either with a reputable bonding house or with two sureties, who shall attach their names to the affidavit showing their respective qualifications to serve as sureties, and to be approved by the village board.
