§ 1-15. Court supervision.

  • The court may impose, as a penalty, a period of court supervision on any person, firm or corporation who violates any provisions of this Code in addition to any fine, and the court shall enter an order for supervision specifying the period of such supervision, deferring further proceedings in the case until the conclusion of the period; provided, however, that the period of supervision shall not be longer than two years.
