§ 14-33. Responsibility of licensee as owner of vehicle used in business.

Any person to whom a license is granted to keep and use a cartage vehicle or to keep and use any vehicle in his business shall be considered the owner thereof and responsible for all articles entrusted to, and for the conduct of, the driver thereof, and liable, together with the driver thereof, to all forfeitures, penalties, and punishments imposed for the violation of the provisions of this Code.
