No person shall engage in the village in any business, trade, occupation or calling
for which a license fee is prescribed herein without first obtaining a license to
do so; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not be construed
to require a license of a plumbing contractor or building contractor and, provided
further, that any person licensed as a general contractor shall not be required to
obtain any other license for the performance of any building specialty.
