§ 12-379. Failure to fill in or protect excavations.
Latest version.
Any person who excavates any portion of a lot in the village and fails to build upon the same, or fill in such lot or excavation, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each and every day that such lot remains excavated and unprotected.
