§ 10-133. Impoundment.

(a)

Any dog or cat found running at large upon any public street or highway shall be impounded by the village police.

(b)

Any dog or cat may be redeemed by the owner upon payment of a pickup fee and daily maintenance charge in the amount provided in the village fee schedule, and the current tax, if the same is unpaid. Such fees shall be paid to the village manager.
